“After a show, I never quite know what to do. You go from having lots of adrenaline to feeling alone. I often play songs I’m working on and jam on my keyboard to calm down.
“When I saw Fedde had a rooftop overlooking the show, I thought it would be my dream after-show. I could play songs alone and still feel the energy of the show as people leave.
“I played the whole set for Fedde and the nonna who lives in the building. It was lovely to see them: him dancing, her sitting, me a little of both.”
