CORTIS made their U.S. festival debut at Lollapalooza 2026 on Saturday, Aug. 1, with an energetic performance at Grant Park in Chicago. As the only K-pop boy group on this year’s lineup, they drew a large crowd despite weather delays earlier in the day.
The group was originally scheduled to perform at 2:55 p.m. CT, but the set began at around 3:40 p.m. CT after the festival adjusted its schedule.
Their appearance came less than 24 hours after the surprise release of “MOTION (feat. Juicy J).” Fans got their first chance to hear the new song live during the performance.
CORTIS opened his performance with strong choreography and confident vocals. It kept the crowd engaged throughout the set. The performance quickly became one of the festival’s most talked-about K-pop moments.
