Megadeth has announced the “Breakout: Hibernation Of The Nations” tour across Europe. The tour is part of the band’s multi-year farewell tour around the world.
European tour will start on March 9, 2027, in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and ends on April 13, 2027, in Lisbon, Portugal. It includes 24 arena shows across the United Kingdom and mainland Europe.
Black Label Society and Testament will also join Megadeth as special guests for every show on the tour.
This tour support the release of Megadeth’s 17th and final studio album, which became the band’s first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200. The album also reached the Top 5 in many countries around the world.
Instead of one final tour, Megadeth has planned a multi-year farewell tour across different continents. This gives fans in many countries a chance to see the band one last time.
Dave Mustaine said the tour is a celebration of the band’s 40-year career. He thanked fans for their support and said every city has special memories.
