Lynyrd Skynyrd and Foreigner 2026 Tour Dates, Setlist & Presale: Lynyrd Skynyrd and Foreigner are joining forces for a major co-headlining tour in summer 2026. The run is called the “Double Trouble Double Vision Tour.” The tour includes 19 shows across North America. It begins on July 23rd in Atlanta and ends on August 29th in Rogers, Arkansas. Along the way, the tour will visit cities such as Toronto, St. Louis, Kansas City, Cincinnati, and Dallas. The band Six Gun Sally will open every show.

Pre-sales for the tour begin on Tuesday, November 18th at noon local time through Ticketmaster. A Live Nation pre-sale follows on Wednesday, November 19th at 9 a.m. local time. The general sale takes place on Friday, November 21st at 10 a.m. local time.

Lynyrd Skynyrd singer Johnny Van Zant said he is excited to tour with Foreigner and hear all of their classic hits. He believes fans will love the combination of both bands on the same stage. Foreigner’s Jeff Pilson added that the band’s energy has been “electric” since the tour was announced, promising that the shows will be powerful, guitar-heavy nights full of iconic songs from both groups.

Besides the joint shows, Lynyrd Skynyrd will also perform several solo headlining concerts. On select dates, they’ll be joined by Loverboy. Foreigner will also play their own headlining show on July 17th in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.

Before the big summer tour, Foreigner have already planned a December 2025 U.S. tour, as well as more dates across winter and spring 2026. Tickets for those shows are also available.

An important lineup note is that Luis Maldonado is now the lead singer of Foreigner. He replaced Kelly Hansen, who recently left the band. Original frontman Lou Gramm sometimes appears at select shows for a few songs, but it is not yet known if he will join the band during the summer tour. Lynyrd Skynyrd Band:

Lynyrd Skynyrd formed in Jacksonville, Florida in 1964. They created the well-known Southern rock sound. Lynyrd Skynyrd Band biggest songs include Sweet Home Alabama, Simple Man, and Free Bird. There was a tragic accident in 1977. In 1977, a plane crash killed Ronnie Van Zant, Steve Gaines, and Cassie Gaines. This was a big loss for the band. The band stopped performing after the crash.

But they reunited in 1987. After reunited Johnny Van Zant, Ronnie’s brother, became the new lead singer. Gary Rossington, the last founding member, died in 2023.

Foreigner Band:

Foreigner was formed in 1976 by guitarist Mick Jones. The band became famous with singer Lou Gramm. They released hit songs like Cold As Ice, Hot Blooded, and I Want to Know What Love Is. Lou Gramm left the band for good in 2003. Mick Jones is the only founding member who still appears occasionally.

Foreigner continues to tour with a new lineup of experienced rock musicians. They marked their 50th anniversary with major tours. They toured across North America, Europe, and other regions. In 2025, they performed a special Foreigner 4 Deluxe tour.
